    The information provided on the site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the platform from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

    SHIPPING DESTINATIONS In India, we serve almost all cities.

    We also provide international delivery except to the following countries or destinations:

    North Korea | Iran | Myanmar

    We shall be unable to make the shipment if there is no courier service available in your area, we shall cancel the order and refund all the monies related to the order in such an event.

    DELIVERY SCHEDULE The estimated delivery date shall be shown on your product page. The company will not bear any legal responsibility for the delay in delivery caused due to any force majeure event including without limitation (but not limited to) natural calamity, governmental actions, pandemic, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance. It will be dealt strictly per the Delivery Partner’s Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). The order delivery policy will be governed by our Delivery Partner(s) which will be known to you once you receive the order dispatch notification in writing (by e-mail or otherwise). Thereafter, you can track the order by clicking Track Order and find the status of your order.

    The company cannot be held liable for any delays arising due to either non-availability of the customer while the delivery attempt is made by the delivery partner or if the delivery partner is unable to contact the customer. Upon such a failed delivery attempt, our delivery partner will continue to make attempts to re-delivery the parcel as per their policy.

    If the customer still fails to be available to receive the parcel, then that parcel will be held by the delivery partner at the destination city for a stipulated number of days (as per the delivery partner’s T&C); thereafter they will follow the process as outlined in their T&C.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  • Delivery Terms The tentative delivery timeline for international orders will be of T 10 days.
  • Shipping and Handling The customer has to bear the shipping and handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination. The customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, custom duty and taxes levied by the destination country has to be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments/shipments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
  • Payments Payments for international orders are accepted through PayPal, Payment Gateways through International credit/debit cards and/or Cross-border Interbank Swift mechanism. International payments will be accepted in the designated currencies as offered on the website. The customer can choose from the list of currencies available on the website as per their convenience to save them from conversion charges wherever possible. However, there may be some transactional changers applied by your bank and we have no bearing on the same.

    Order delivery timeline will be T 7 days for domestic orders.

  • Shipping and Handling 

    Shine Eternal shall bear the shipping and handling charges for all domestic shipments.

  • Payments Prices on our Website are subject to change without notice. Please expect that you will be charged the price for the products and services as it is listed on the day of purchase.

    For orders being shipped within India, payments are accepted only in INR through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI, Payment Gateways through International credit/debit cards or  any other mode of payment transfers mechanisms that the platform chooses to accept and makes available to its customers. Net Price of the products to be paid shall be inclusive of CGST/SGST/IGST, as applicable. In case international bank cards are being used for domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted.

  • REGISTRATION FOR PURCHASE OF products

    Only individuals who (a) have reached the age of legal majority required to enter into contracts (eighteen in most countries); (b) have legal capacity to enter into contracts; and (c) use a shipping address in the country or countries that we ship to as specified by the sales channels, may order products from us.

Shine Eternal will not be liable if any product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable. In such a scenario, the platform shall offer another product to the customer, if the customer does not wish to accept the replacement product choice then we shall cancel the order and refund all the monies related to the order in such an event.

  • ORDER PROCESS The order process of the Platform will include the following:
  • Add to Shopping Bag Once you have chosen the products, you may place them in your shopping bag. You may then decide to continue shopping for other products and add them to your shopping bag (subject to availability and quantity limits). Placing an item in your shopping bag does not guarantee availability for purchase, which is not confirmed until you receive a written Confirmation of Order & Shipment.
  • My Account Checkout When you are ready, you then proceed to “Checkout”, through your registered account or by signing up. You may also remove/ modify one or several products you have selected from the shopping bag before the checkout process.
  • Delivery, Review and Payment 

    As part of the checkout process, you add and review your order details and personal information (including name, e-mail, phone number, shipping address, billing address and payment information). You may also apply Promotional Code or Offers applicable on your order. You should carefully check and confirm all details on the order summary page and the correctness of the personal information provided before placing your order. The platform bears no responsibility for any delay/loss caused due to failed shipment of the order arising from incorrect personal information and/or shipping address.

  • CONFIRMATION OF ORDER & SHIPMENT Upon shipment of your order, we will send you a Confirmation of Order & Shipment in writing (by e-mail or otherwise). This Confirmation of Order & Shipment constitutes our acceptance of your order and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract.
  • Any delay in the payment will not bear any financial responsibility on Shine Eternal or any other changes in price of the selected bag value shown on the Website.
  • RETURN POLICY 

    With our fantastic 15-day return & exchange policy, you can order any product from Shine Eternal with utmost confidence and return it for a full refund, provided we receive the return or exchange request within 15 days of the delivery date. No questions shall be asked for requesting the return/exchange. The cost of shipment back to us and insurance during transit shall be borne by us.

  • Personalized and Engraved (user-customized) jewelry will not be returned or exchanged

    Products ordered under our Truly Custom service may not be eligible for return/exchange

    All products to be returned or exchanged must be in new (as-delivered) & unworn condition with all the tags(if any) attached to the jewelry without signs of tampering or damage

    All the ancillary items/accessories delivered with the billed product including the jewelry box, Diamond Certification card, Warranty Card, and any other extra add-on, are to be returned in unused & as-delivered condition. Damaged / missing items shall be subject to a replacement fee

    In case of returns initiated for a product (or a combination of products) wherein a free gift offer was availed, any such free gift provided under any such applied offer needs to be compulsorily returned along with the return of the billed product or has to be paid for in full. The price of the product sent as free gift is well communicated in the offer terms

    In case of any exchange initiated for a product (or a combination of products) wherein a free-gift offer was availed, any such free gift provided can be retained by the customer only when the new billed product (or a combination of products) ordered under the exchange is equal to or more than the value of the initially billed product (or a combination of products), which had made the initial purchase eligible for the free gift offer. In the event of this condition not being satisfied the free gift needs to be compulsorily returned along with the pick-up of the billed product to be exchanged or has to be paid for in full. The price of the product sent as free gift is well communicated in the offer terms

    Products that have been modified, engraved, or resized by a company other than Shine Eternal or its affiliated partners may not be eligible to be covered under the service of lifetime maintenance and warranty coverage

    At all times and instances, Shine Eternal holds the right to refuse any return/exchange requests that can be clearly identified as unreasonable and/or carried out with mala fide intent, this enables us to provide the full benefits of our easy return and exchange policy to all the bona fide requests hence benefitting all our esteemed customers.

    In case of an exchange of a product within 15 days as per our policy, Shine Eternal offers the flexibility of any combination of exchange values and refund values within the total limit of eligible total refund value. In such a scenario wherein an exchange of product is taking place against the initial purchase, the residual refund amount shall vary as per the value of the new purchase. This is illustrated in the table below:

    The cost of shipping the product back to us shall be borne by Shine eternal if it is done within 15 days from the date of purchase and beyond this time period such shipping cost if any, shall be borne by the customer. Shine eternal reserves the right to accept any items to be exchanged through any of its own retail stores and / or any authorized sales channel partner. This service shall be accorded for only those products that have been registered with Shine Eternal through the interface provided by the Platform.

    The exchange shall be accepted only from the original buyer of the product. Shine Eternal reserves the right to ask for identification documents to establish the identity of the buyer. Shine Eternal also reserves the right to accept the exchange from an authorized representative of the buyer upon the presentation of an authorization letter or any other such documentation as accepted at the sole discretion of Shine Eternal

    The cost of shipping the product back to us shall be borne by the customer.

    Shine Eternal reserves the right to provide Gift Cards at its sole discretion. Any such Gift Cards either redeemable at the Shine Eternal website or at any third-party website are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any Shine Eternal issued or a third party issued Gift Cards shall be governed by the terms and conditions, validity period, etc. as per the information provided on/along with the Gift Card.  Shine Eternal shall not be responsible for any expired gift cards.

    When ordering products via the sales channels, you will receive an invoice that will be sent to you in writing (to your e-mail address as a PDF attachment or otherwise).
  • CANCELLATION POLICY 

    Post the order placement, there will be no cancellation as we offer a fantastic Returns and exchange policy as explained above. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, and terminate orders at any time on reasonable grounds. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full.

  • RESTRICTION Shine Eternal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such other restrictions as may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/ or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Shine Eternal reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit sale of products to anyone as it may deem fit.
  • FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS The company reserves the right to recover the cost of products, collection charges, damages caused to Shine Eternal and legal expenses from persons using this Website fraudulently.
