15 Days Return Policy

With our fantastic 15-days return & exchange policy, you can order any product from Shine Eternal with utmost confidence and return it for a full refund, provided we receive the return or exchange request within 15 days of the delivery date. No questions shall be asked for requesting the return/exchange. The cost of shipment back to us and insurance during transit shall be borne by us.

Terms applicable on all return/exchange requests:

  • Personalized and Engraved (user-customized) jewelry will not be returned or exchanged
  • Products ordered under our Truly Custom service may not be eligible for return/exchange
  • All products to be returned or exchanged must be in new (as-delivered) & unworn condition with all the tags(if any) attached to the jewelry without signs of tampering or damage
  • All the ancillary items/accessories delivered with the billed product including the jewelry box, Diamond Certification card, Warranty Card, and any other extra add-on, are to be returned in unused & as-delivered condition. Damaged / missing items shall be subject to a replacement fee
  • In case of returns initiated for a product (or a combination of products) wherein a free gift offer was availed, any such free gift provided under any such applied offer needs to be compulsorily returned along with the return of the billed product or has to be paid for in full. The price of the product sent as free gift is well communicated in the offer terms
  • In case of any exchange initiated for a product (or a combination of products) wherein a free-gift offer was availed, any such free gift provided can be retained by the customer only when the new billed product (or a combination of products) ordered under the exchange is equal to or more than the value of the initially billed product (or a combination of products), which had made the initial purchase eligible for the free gift offer. In the event of this condition not being satisfied the free gift needs to be compulsorily returned along with the pick-up of the billed product to be exchanged or has to be paid for in full. The price of the product sent as free gift is well communicated in the offer terms
  • Products that have been modified, engraved, or resized by a company other than Shine Eternal or its affiliated partners may not be eligible to be covered under the service of lifetime maintenance and warranty coverage
  • At all times and instances, Shine Eternal holds the right to refuse any return/exchange requests that can be clearly identified as unreasonable and/or carried out with mala fide intent, this enables us to provide the full benefits of our easy return and exchange policy to all the bona fide requests hence benefitting all our esteemed customers.

How to Return/Exchange

Return/Exchange Request:

If you are logged in as a registered user on the website, log in to your account or click here and choose Order History.

If you placed your order as a guest, you can enter your credentials (used while placing the order) to log in to the “My Account” section, then proceed to order history to choose which products you would like to return and or exchange.

You can also initiate a request for a return and/or exchange of any billed product (or a combination of products) by sending us an email at returns@Shineternal.com

Package Your Return

After receiving your request, we will send you an email for confirmation and our representative shall contact you within 24 hours. We shall then initiate the process to pick up the return shipment and send you an update regarding that via email and/or through messaging. You just have to keep the product with its original box, free items, and diamond certificate as mentioned above ready.

Ship Your Return

Shine Eternal will arrange the pick-up of the product from the initial delivery location. The cost of shipment back to us and insurance during transit shall be borne by Shine Eternal. Our logistics partner shall contact you about the pickup date and time. You just need to make sure that the billed product (along with the other items to be returned) is ready. The process to prepare the packaging for the return pickup shall be communicated by either the Shine Eternal authorized representative or the delivery partner’s authorized personnel. This process has to be followed for the return pickup to be accepted for further approval process for refund/exchange. Please make a video while packing and sealing the bag for your reference and safety.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, it’ll be inspected by our quality control department for approval of the refunds and exchange processing as per our terms and conditions detailed above. Upon approval, the refund processing or the exchange coupon/code/voucher issuance shall be carried out within seven working days. The exchange coupon/ code/voucher shall have no expiry date and hence come with lifetime validity.

Shine Eternal reserves the right to issue the refunds in the method best operationally suitable (including but not limited to the method of payment used for the original purchase) but shall strive to provide the most convenient option for the customer. For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle for your credit to appear in the statement.

Returned products without the attached tags (if any) / return shipments not having the ancillary items as described in the terms & conditions above / returned products that are in tampered or damaged condition will lead to the disapproval of the refund or exchange as per the terms & conditions described above.

In case of an exchange of a product within 15 days as per our policy, Shine Eternal offers the flexibility of any combination of exchange values and refund values within the total limit of eligible total refund value. In such a scenario wherein an exchange of product is taking place against the initial purchase, the residual refund amount shall vary as per the value of the new purchase. This is illustrated in the table below:

In case the item is damaged and/or missing stones, only the value that can be recovered (of gold and diamonds) – as assessed by the Shine Eternal personnel – shall be considered for deriving the exchange value

The cost of shipping the product back to us shall be borne by Shine eternal if it is done within 15 days from the date of purchase and beyond this time period such shipping cost if any, shall be borne by the customer. Shine eternal reserves the right to accept any items to be exchanged through any of its own retail stores and / or any authorized sales channel partner. This service shall be accorded for only those products that have been registered with Shine Eternal through the interface provided by the Platform.

The exchange shall be accepted only from the original buyer of the product. Shine Eternal reserves the right to ask for identification documents to establish the identity of the buyer. Shine Eternal also reserves the right to accept the exchange from an authorized representative of the buyer upon the presentation of an authorization letter or any other such documentation as accepted at the sole discretion of Shine Eternal

Gold: Get 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate.

Diamond: Get 80% value of diamonds at the prevailing value of the similar grade LAB GROWN DIAMONDS.

In case the item is damaged and/or missing stones, only the value that can be recovered (of gold and diamonds) – as assessed by the Shine Eternal personnel – shall be considered for deriving the selling value.

The cost of shipping the product back to us shall be borne by the customer.

This service shall be accorded for only those products that have been registered with Shine Eternal through the interface provided by the Platform.

The buyback shall be accepted only from the original buyer of the product. Shine Eternal reserves the right to ask for identification documents to establish the identity of the buyer. Shine Eternal also reserves the right to accept the exchange from an authorized representative of the buyer upon the presentation of an authorization letter or any other such documentation as accepted at the sole discretion of Shine Eternal.


Gift Cards

Shine Eternal reserves the right to provide Gift Cards at its sole discretion. Any such Gift Cards either redeemable at the Shine Eternal website or at any third-party website are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any Shine Eternal issued or a third party issued Gift Cards shall be governed by the terms and conditions, validity period, etc. as per the information provided on/along with the Gift Card.  Shine Eternal shall not be responsible for any expired gift cards.

Shine Eternal reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

* The applied value of the metal/diamond shall be as per the value derived from the recognized data /price feed e.g. BBA (Bombay Bullion Association) etc. for the precious metal and Shine Eternal approved /own sources as per the website pricing for diamonds and gemstones.
