15 Days Return Policy

With our fantastic 15-day return & exchange policy, you can order any product from Shine Eternal with utmost confidence and return it for a full refund, provided we receive the return or exchange request within 15 days of the delivery date. No questions will be asked when requesting a return or exchange. The cost of shipping back to us and insurance during transit will be covered by us.

Terms applicable on all return/exchange requests:

  • Personalized and engraved (user-customized) jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products ordered under our Truly Custom service may not be eligible for return/exchange.
  • All products to be returned or exchanged must be in new (as-delivered) and unworn condition with all tags (if any) attached to the jewelry, without signs of tampering or damage.
  • All ancillary items/accessories delivered with the billed product, including the jewelry box, diamond certification card, warranty card, and any other add-ons, must be returned in unused and as-delivered condition. Damaged or missing items may be subject to a replacement fee.
  • For returns initiated for products (or combinations of products) where a free gift offer was availed, the free gift must be returned along with the billed product or paid for in full. The price of the product sent as a free gift is clearly communicated in the offer terms.
  • For exchanges initiated for products (or combinations of products) where a free gift offer was availed, the free gift can be retained only when the value of the new billed product(s) ordered under the exchange is equal to or more than the initial purchase value. If this condition is not met, the free gift must be returned or paid for in full. The price of the free gift is clearly stated in the offer terms.
  • Products modified, engraved, or resized by any company other than Shine Eternal or its affiliated partners may not be eligible for our lifetime maintenance and warranty coverage.
  • Shine Eternal reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange requests that are identified as unreasonable or carried out with mal-intent. This helps us maintain the full benefits of our easy return and exchange policy for genuine requests, benefiting all our esteemed customers.

How to Return/Exchange

Return/Exchange Request:

  • If you are logged in as a registered user on the website, log in to your account or click here and choose Order History.
  • If you placed your order as a guest, you can enter your credentials (used while placing the order) to log in to the “My Account” section, then proceed to order history to choose which products you would like to return and or exchange.
  • You can also initiate a request for a return and/or exchange of any billed product (or a combination of products) by sending us an email at returns@Shineternal.com


Package Your Return

After receiving your request, we will send you an email confirmation, and our representative will contact you within 24 hours. We will initiate the return shipment process and provide updates via email or messaging. Keep the product with its original box, free items, and diamond certificate ready as mentioned above.

Ship Your Return

Shine Eternal will arrange the pickup from the original delivery location. The cost of shipment back to us and insurance during transit will be borne by Shine Eternal. Our logistics partner will contact you regarding the pickup date and time. Ensure that the billed product and any other items to be returned are ready. The packaging process for return pickup will be communicated by Shine Eternal or our delivery partner’s representative. This process must be followed for the return pickup to be accepted for further approval. Please make a video while packing and sealing the bag for your reference and safety.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected by our quality control department for approval of the refund or exchange as per our terms and conditions. Upon approval, refunds or exchange coupons/codes/vouchers will be issued within seven working days. The exchange coupons/codes/vouchers have no expiry date and come with lifetime validity.

Shine Eternal reserves the right to issue refunds in the method best operationally suitable (including, but not limited to, the method of payment used for the original purchase), striving to provide the most convenient option for the customer. For all credit card refunds, please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returned products without attached tags (if any), return shipments missing ancillary items as described above, or returned products in tampered or damaged condition will result in the disapproval of the refund or exchange.

For product exchanges within 15 days as per our policy, Shine Eternal offers flexibility in combining exchange values and refund values within the eligible refund limit. If an exchange occurs against the initial purchase, the residual refund amount will vary based on the value of the new purchase. This is illustrated in the table below:

Lifetime Exchange

  • Exchange or upgrade your jewelry anytime in the future.

  • Gold: Get 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate.

  • Diamonds: Get 100% value of the prevailing value of similar-grade natural & lab-grown diamonds.

  • Condition: In case the item is damaged and/or missing stones, only the recoverable value (of gold and diamonds) – as assessed by Shine Eternal personnel – will be considered for deriving the exchange value.

  • Shipping Cost: The cost of shipping the product back to us will be borne by Shine Eternal if done within 15 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, any shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Shine Eternal reserves the right to accept items for exchange through its own retail stores and/or any authorized sales channel partner. This service is available only for products registered with Shine Eternal via the interface provided by the platform.

  • Buyer Identification: The exchange will be accepted only from the original buyer of the product. Shine Eternal reserves the right to request identification documents to establish the buyer’s identity. Shine Eternal also reserves the right to accept the exchange from an authorized representative of the buyer upon presentation of an authorization letter or other documentation accepted at Shine Eternal’s sole discretion.


Gift Cards

Shine Eternal reserves the right to issue gift cards at its sole discretion. Gift cards, whether redeemable at the Shine Eternal website or any third-party website, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any gift cards issued by Shine Eternal or a third party will be governed by the terms and conditions, validity period, etc., as specified on/with the gift card. Shine Eternal is not responsible for expired gift cards.

Shine Eternal reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

* The applied value of the metal/diamond shall be as per the value derived from the recognized data /price feed e.g. BBA (Bombay Bullion Association) etc. for the precious metal and Shine Eternal approved /own sources as per the website pricing for diamonds and gemstones.
