Lifetime Warranty on All Jewelry

SHINE ETERNAL stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all jewelry purchases.At Shine Eternal, we take pride in our commitment to manufacturing jewelry adhering to the highest quality standards, and using only the finest quality materials. Every piece is meticulously inspected at both our factory and distribution before it is shipped to you. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all of our customers, regardless of the product's price or type. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is exclusively available to those who purchase from Shine Eternal or through our affiliated retail partners. This service shall be accorded for only those products that have been registered with Shine Eternal through the interface provided by the Platform. We don’t provide any physical copy of the warranty card/order invoice as we keep them safe in our database for all of our registered customers.

If you experience any issues with your product due to a manufacturing defect or any damage due to any mishandling, you can contact us at info@shineternal.com with your order information, photos of the defect/damage, and/or a short video with a short description of how the damage occurred. Our representative shall contact you and give a satisfactory solution for the same.If our representative asks you to send your jewelry back to us for repairs, you will be sent an email for confirmation for that particular product. We shall then initiate the process to pick up the product and send you an update regarding that via email and/or messaging. Our delivery partner shall pick up your product from the address approved by you. The cost of shipping the product both ways shall be charged separately. After receiving the product, our Quality Control Team will inspect it to determine if the damage is covered under our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. If it is, we will either carry out the necessary work or replace the product, free of charge. The repaired or replaced product will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. If the damage is not covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, we will send you a price quote for the repairs via email and/or over the phone before proceeding with the work. If you approve the quote, we will collect payment for the repair. Once we receive the payment, we will repair the product and ship it back to you. The cost of shipping shall be borne by the customer.

Our manufacturing warranty excludes:

  • General wear and tear, scratching, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, or improper use, cleaning, or storage. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Discoloration of metals over time due to inadequate care (Examples: wearing it in the hot tub or swimming pool, spraying perfume, or other chemicals directly on the jewelry, etc.)
  • Any altered /serviced jewelry from any third party or outside jeweler will void your warranty with us.
  • Complimentary Gifts are not covered by our warranty but can be repaired through Shine Eternal with extra charges.


To be eligible for the warranty:

  • Please be sure that the product has not been exposed to unreasonable force or harmful conditions.
  • The jewelry needs to have been stored and handled correctly. Any abused, altered, or incorrectly cleaned jewelry is not eligible for a repair under warranty.
  • The product needs to be in the possession of the original purchaser, as this warranty is not transferable.
